Namaaz Dining is Indonesia’s first molecular gastronomy restaurant and Indonesia’s first halal fine dining restaurant, founded by Chef Andrian Ishak. Located in Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta, Namaaz presents progressive Indonesian cuisine through a curated multi-course tasting menu. Its dishes reinterpret familiar Indonesian flavors using modern culinary techniques, creating unexpected forms, textures, and presentations while retaining their Indonesian identity. The restaurant currently offers a 17-course creation that typically takes around 2–3 hours to enjoy, with the menu changing periodically.
