ESA is a contemporary fine-dining restaurant in SCBD Park, Lot 7, South Jakarta, founded by Chef Aditya Muskita, Jessica Eveline, and Kevindra Soemantri. Its culinary concept, known as New Jakarta Cuisine, explores Jakarta’s diverse cultural influences through modern techniques and thoughtfully presented dishes. ESA currently offers a seasonal tasting menu featuring creations such as Roti Bohong, “Juhi,” Pesmol, Aged Duck, and Steak & Rice, with the menu changing according to ingredient availability. Dinner is offered Wednesday to Sunday as a tasting-menu-only experience, while lunch includes à la carte and set-menu options.
