Akasta Jakarta is a dining entertainment destination in SCBD, South Jakarta, combining modern interpretations of Indonesian cuisine with a theatrical dining show. Led by Chef Patrick David Ramon, the kitchen presents Nusantara flavors using contemporary French and Western culinary techniques while maintaining recognizable Indonesian character. The venue features a large central stage, live music, dance and cultural performances, bar, VIP rooms, and parking facilities. Shows are presented daily, with performances scheduled from approximately 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, while the restaurant operates from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM. Akasta is designed for guests seeking dinner combined with an energetic entertainment experience.
